The 1st night was surpricing, we got rooms facing the pool, but unfortunately the next morning we were waked up by a telephone from the reception, that we have to move to another room, we really feel disturbt and went emmidiate to the reception why we have to move, but the lady was so rude and give us no other option.but to move to a room we do not know. She did not even say sorry to move a client. We have to packed our luggages and store at the reception. We waist our time and the day was spoiled.

My room had a pungent smell of room deoderizor...I had difficulty breathing....and I was in a no smoking room...I oculd only imagine what a smoke room would be like

I booked a Non Smoking King room for three nights, because there were no Non Smoking King rooms I received a non smoking double. I was told your site does not know the true availability of room types.

I loved my stay all 3 times. I went there once n stayed in the king room wit the whirlpool n I loved it. Then I tried to compare the days inn to it cause it was cheaper but never again would I do tat. Now im bck to the clarion inn. :) There rooms r clean n dont have tat pissy smell some hotels have n there bed r comfy. They even go so far as to supply u wit 2 kinds of pillows.Quilted or solid. I love it. I loved my stay here n now its my permernent place to go to get away from home when im off... Yea yea... Love it

Staff members were very courteous - especially Mr. Atul Sheth and Mr. Srinivasan were very very accommodating and welcoming by nature. They extended full service and co-operation to myself and my family.

No shower curtain. No towels.bed covers itchy and smell bad.

I like the convenience of the pool and it location. The lifeguard on duty.

I requested a refrigerator and a microwave at my arrival and not answer were given to me.

The kids loved the pool and the mini golf. I loved that the pool was right outside our room. The rooms need some renovating but it wasn't dirty.
